Uno Tippo Cards

Uno Tippo comes with a total of 112 cards. The cards are organized into four separate color suits: red, yellow, green, and blue. Each case has 19 cards, numbered from 0 to 9. There are also 8 Draw Two Cards8 Reverse Cards8 Skip Cards4 Wild Cards4 Wild Draw Four Cards, and 4 Tilt Cards.

Assembly of the Scale

The scale consists of eight pieces: two trays, two arms, one platform, and three pieces that make up the base. Assemble the scale pieces together as shown. When snapping a tray onto an arm, hold the tray perpendicular to the arm with the opening facing outward and the narrow side up, as shown. When the tray is flipped into position for holding cards, the narrow side should be against the arm. When finished playing, we can disassemble all the pieces to store them back in the box.

UNO Tippo Setup

  • Place the scale in the center of the playing area and set the disk on the platform at the top of the scale.
  • Each player draws a card; the player that draws the highest number deals (count any card with a symbol as zero).
  • The dealer shuffles and deals each player seven cards.
  • Place the remainder of the deck facedown to form a DRAW pile.
  • We turn the top two cards of the DRAW pile over to begin two DISCARD piles.
  • Place one card face-up in each of the discard trays on the scale.

How to Play UNO Tippo

Game Play: The person to the left of the dealer starts play. On your turn, you must match a card from your hand to a card on top of either of the DISCARD piles, either by number, color or symbol (symbols represent Action Cards). When you discard a card on the tray, you must make sure that it is all the way in the tray.

If it’s your turn and you don’t have a card that matches either DISCARD pile’s top card, you must take a card from the DRAW pile. If you pick up a card that can be played, you are free to put it down in that same turn. Otherwise, the play moves on to the next person in turn. Whenever an action card is played, the next player must follow that action regardless of what is on top of other tray.
