The Barbie UNO Rules and Cards

Uno Barbie is a themed version of Uno featuring the popular Barbie franchise. Barbie UNO features images of Barbie and her friends on each of the cards. Uno Barbie makes a great gift for Barbie fans and kids. The gameplay remains the same as classic Uno, but the Barbie theme gives it extra excitement, especially for young girls. When you play Fashion Trend Card, announce a color and each player must show a card of that color from their hand, without discarding it. If a player can’t show the matching color, they draw 2 cards. If everyone matches, play continues with the next player after you.

Barbie UNO Rules

The Barbie UNO gameplay is inspired by the classic card game, in which participants must match colors and numbers to eliminate all of their cards. Additionally, a unique rule called “Played With Too Much” requires players to both discard and draw cards. In addition, players must remember to loudly declare “UNO!” when they have just one card remaining.

The objective of Uno Barbie is the same as the regular Uno. Players discard cards by matching either the number or color of the current top card on the discard pile. The first player to discard all their cards wins the Barbie play.

• 8 Reverse cards – 2 each in blue, green, red, and yellow.
• 8 Skip cards – 2 each in blue, green, red, and yellow.
• 4 Wild cards 
• 4 Wild Draw Four cards 
• 4 Fashion Trend cards

How to Play Uno Barbie

The gameplay of Uno Barbie is the same classic Uno fun but themed around Barbie. On your turn, you must match either the color or number of the first card. on the top of the remaining cards and if you are unable to play a card, you are bound to draw from the draw pile until it reaches a playable one.

To set up Uno Barbie, shuffle the 112 cards and deal 7 cards to each player. Place the remaining cards face down to form a draw pile, and pick up the top card of the draw pile to start the play. On each person’s turn, he or she must pick up the top card and match the color, number, or symbol of the cards in their hands.

When Playing Wild cards (that can represent any color) or Wild Draw Four cards (that also force the next player to draw 4 cards), players choose the next color to be played when using a Wild card. The action cards like Skip (to skip the next player), Reverse (to change the direction of play) or Draw Two (to make the next player draw cards).

The first player to discard all their cards wins the round and the gameplay continues until one player has successfully discarded all the cards in their hand. The first player to achieve 500 points in the play by adding points in all rounds wins the game.
